After graduating from Lehigh University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Joel began his career with Wallace & Tiernan in the environmental clean-up market. The systems engineering skills honed in these years were to become the foundation for a career in technical management.

After working in sales and sales management he joined the executive ranks in Marketing. This culminated in his position as President of Stokes Vacuum Inc. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a manufacturer of process equipment used in a variety of industries.

"Building Sales Capacity" has been a common thread throughout Joel's career. From managing a Branch office in the 70's to working with clients today TOPLINE results have been a continuous focus.

Joel is past President of the Association of Vacuum Equipment Manufacturers International, and has served on the Board of several community, employee and church organizations.

Joel is an experienced Total Quality practitioner having extensive training in the use of quality tools. In addition, he personally led the ISO 9001 certification process at Stokes.
